Our work
Every commercial construction projects we’ve worked on has presented us with opportunities to hone our craft. Whether it’s a new office to build or simple tenant improvements, we enjoy the entire construction management process of from start to finish.
And, we feel fortunate to have been a part of some esteemed projects.
One of the perks of working on commercial construction projects is that we’ve met some wonderful people in the form of clients and sub-contractors. Our relationships with them have grown over time. Here’s some of the work we’ve done for them.

Panda Express- Drive-Thru Restaurant
Located at 1572, Fremont Street, Stockton California.
Area: 3000 Sqr ft
Duration: 120 days but we managed to complete the project in 110 days.
Panda express is one of our most memorable and beloved projects till date. This Panda Express restaurant at Fremont is my favorite. We built a 3000 sq feet restaurant starting from the grass root. Beginning with the demolition, the underground digging, plumbing, sewage and electricity, we built all the way up to the second floor.
The customer wanted the Panda Express sign on the top floor with the beautiful view present in the backdrop. So, we used clear glass on second floor to keep the background view intact.
When we completed the project and had to move on it was like leaving a family behind. The client was happy to get the ten extra days to prepare for the grand opening of the restaurant.

Office Commercial Construction Project at Irvine, CA.
Project Duration: 12 months
Total Area: 15,000 square feet office
The project was to construct a large two-story office building. The client wanted frame-less glass walls for the conference room and white walls for the rest of the space.
What was unique about this job was the fireproof 10 ft by 5 ft double door at the entrance of the office building. We built it by special order and it took about ten weeks to process. We completed the project on time.
Pasadena- Office Commercial Construction Project
Area: 14,000 sq. ft
We undertook the re-construction of the entire two-story office building with an elevator included.
We re-constructed it inside out to give the building a modern day look and feel. The characteristic of this project were its tall glass windows that allow plenty of natural sunlight to enter the building.

Pure Massage Spa
Total Area: 1,500 sq ft.
The Pure massage spa is located inside a shopping mall.
In addition to the city’s standard building and construction norms, we also had to comply with the mall’s insurance requirements and safety regulations. So, we covered the spa area throughout the course of the construction and maintained high cleanliness standards.
The spa design needed a special approval from the Police department. The police wanted that the rooms of the walls should be permeable enough that one could hear what was being said in the other room.
So, to meet this requirement, we provided extra reinforcement to the bottom of the walls using special high-quality steel bars as the walls were open from the top. In the end the project was a great success.

Custom Home Re-modeling
Duration: 1.5 months , Area: 2000 sq. ft
The house is located in the mountains. The construction was old. We had to re-stucco the entire house from the outside.
The hand rail for the house stairs has special glass along with unique support brackets in custom color. It took us 2-3 weeks to commission these special designs.
As requested by the customer, we installed a custom-made 10×9 ft commercial glass window open ceiling. There are no homes in the mountains with windows this big. The client was elated with the majestic view from the custom glass window.
